2 Tbsp Powdered sugar
1 &1/2 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Cup Milk (at room temperature)For Icing:
Cream from Biscuits
2-3 Tsp unsalted butter/Cooking Oil

2 Tbsp Cocoa powder (optional)
Chocolate syrup/Gems/Choco-chips/wafey rollls: for decoration (optional)
6-7 inch cake mould: This cake mould size is perfect for quantity mentioned.
Recipe:
Cake Prep:
Step 1: Get cake mould ready by greasing it with little butter and keep it aside. Preheat Oven at 180C for 10 mins. By the time your oven will be preheated, your cake batter will be ready. Isin't it super fast?
Step 2: Open all cookies and scrape cream from biscuits and keep it aside. You will get approx. 3 tbsp cream which is enough for a very basic icing.
Step 3: In a mixer, put all biscuits without cream, and grind it to a smooth powder. Add sugar, baking powder and milk and mix it well. Cake batter is ready.
Step 4: Pour cake batter in mould and put in oven at 180C for exactly 25 mins. You don't even need to check in between. Cake is ready. Let it cool down.
Icing:
Step 1: Now comes the best part of the recipe, while cake is cooling down, we will prepare our amazing and simple icing. In a bowl, put cream which you scraped from biscuits. Add butter, sugar, cocoa powder and mix it well with a spoon. Your creamy tasty and quick icing is ready.
Step 2: Now the floor is yours. Decorate your cake in any way you like. I decorated mine using wafey rolls, chocolate syrup, small flowers from this icing. You can use any other material like gems/choco chips for decoration.
Cake is ready. Enjoy :)
Specific points:
- This cake mould size is perfect. When you will put batter in it, u will feel batter is very less. But don't worry, this cake will rise a lot.
- This recipe is very handy when u don't have much time in hand on certain occasions and yet need a home made tasty cake.
Stay healthy, stay blessed,
Priyanka
