Garlic Bread Dominos Style...

 

I tried two versions of Garlic Bread.. Maida and wheat.. Both turned out amazing.. In fact, I prefer Wheat one since I felt this is crispier than Maida version. Sharing recipe here:
Ingredients: Dough:
Yeast version: 1/4 cup lukewarm milk, 1 tsp active dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup maida/wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp oil. lukewarm water for kneading dough.
Non Yeast version: 1 cup maida/wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 
1/2 tsp baking powder+ 1/4 tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp sour curd, (Replacement for Yeast)
oregano, 1 tsp oil,
1/4 cup/60 ml lukewarm milk,
lukewarm water.
Garlic Butter: butter, 2 garlic, oregano, chilli flakes. Stuffing: Cheese, Sweet corn, Jalapeno, Red paprika/ Red capsicum, coriander leaves, Salt.

Recipe: Dough:
Yeast version: In lukewarm milk, add sugar and then yeast, keep it aside for 10 minute to activate. In a bowl, add all other ingredients and then add activated yeast mixture, knead a soft dough with lukewarm water and keep in warm place for 2 hours. After 2 hours, dough will get double in size.
Non Yeast version: Mix all ingredients well and knead a soft dough with lukewarm water and keep in warm place for 2 hours. After 2 hours, dough will get double in size. Roll dough and apply garlic butter, Add stuffing and fold it and make marks (do not cut completely). Apply Garlic butter on top as well and bake it at 200 C for 15 minutes. Crispy and delicious Garlic Bread is ready.
