1) Harry Potter Series(7 books): 5*: There is a reason it is at the top. Must read book. Beautifully written with amazing creativity.

2) A Song of Ice and Five(5 books): 5*: Read it before the winter comes.

3) KingKiller Chronicles(2 books): 3.8*:  Only if I had red hair. :)

4) J.R.R.Tolkien:

1. The Lord of the rings(3 books): 4.4*: What is life without a little adventure.
2. The Hobbit: 5*: love story of Gollum and his ring.
3. The Silmarillion: 5*; Big bang is a child's imagination.

5) Dan Brown Series:  

1. Inferno: 5*: The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis.
2. Da Vinci code: 5*: Great book.
3. Angels & Demons: 4*
4. Deception Point: 4*
5. The lost symbol: 4*
6. Digital Fortress: 4.5*

High pace drama/action. The endings are a bit let down but Inferno and Da Vinci code are my all time favourite.

6) Roots by Alex haley: 5*

7) Crime and Punishment: 5*: by Fyodor Dostoevsky: "In wine is truth". 

8) George Orwell:

1. 1984: 4.1*: Hello ! big brother.
2. Animal Farm: 5*: Power is corrupting.

9) Ken Follett:

1. Fall of the Giant: 5*: War of the worlds.
2. The Pillars of the Earth: 3.5: You will surely come out as a structural engineer.

10) Mystery Novels:

1. Murder on the Orient Express: 3.6*
2. Th murder of Roger Ackroyd: 4.3*

11) The Shining by Stephen King: 4.2*

12) Dracula by Bram Stoker: 5*: Count Dracula is not your everyday villian.

13) A wrinkle in time by Madeleine I'engle: 4*

14) The lightning thief: Percy Jackson and the olympians #1.
